Happy New Year! Kung Hei Fat Choi!
We are officially in the Year of the Monkey.
If you follow me on Instagram, you know that Peter and I have been ringing in the new year diving and relaxing in paradise (and if you don’t follow me on my Instagram here, you should).
While Chinese New Year in Hong Kong is traditionally a time for families to celebrate together at home, most expats like myself take advantage of the public holidays to travel around Asia.
Although we missed the fireworks this year, I always love the time leading up to Chinese New Year when the city is extra vibrant and the markets are full of oranges and orchids.
